- Starvation diets: VERY VERY BAD, but you already know that.
- Pre-package diets: the food is actually worst than the one you can make from home. And it is very expensive, up to $500 per month.
- Hollywood diets: actors, actresses how they do it? No idea, apparently we are not living in the same world.
