5 meals for a most effective weight loss diet


Eat more often


5 or 6 meals everyday will help you lose weight and keep your body healthy.


For instance:



  • 8 a.m. 2 eggs, any style, cooked with olive oil. Coffee or tea. An apple

  • 10 a.m. An apple, an orange or a grapefruit

  • Noon. Salad with lettuce, tomatoe and tuna with lemon or fat-free mayonnaise

  • 2 p.m. a cereal bar

  • 4 p.m. One non-fat yogurt

  • 7 p.m. A iece of salmon fried with olive oil and three vegetables. You can also enjoy a desert, you dserve it.
